FeedInspector Support
Use this page when you need operational help with a tool result, a fetch error, or unexpected validation output.
What to report
- Unexpected parser failures for valid RSS or Atom feeds.
- Inconsistent results between single and bulk analysis modes.
- Suspected false positives or false negatives in capability and warning outputs.
- Operational issues such as repeated timeouts or unstable fetch behavior.
Before sending a request
- Include the exact tool URL you used.
- Include the source URL that was inspected.
- Include the UTC timestamp and any error code shown in the UI.
- For feed checks, include whether the issue is reproducible in single and bulk mode.
Self-check before contacting support
- Re-run the same URL once to rule out transient network failures.
- Check whether redirects, authentication, or bot protection changed on the source host.
- Confirm that the issue still occurs with the current public URL and not an outdated endpoint.
Where requests are handled
FeedInspector support requests are handled by the product team behind FeedInspector. Use the contact route on kivun.ch and mention FeedInspector with the tool URL and source URL.
What happens after submission
Incoming requests are triaged by reproducibility and impact. If an issue can be reproduced, follow-up may include clarification requests, implementation fixes, or adjustments to diagnostics wording.
